{"id":6783,"date":"2023-11-15T10:51:29","date_gmt":"2023-11-15T10:51:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alminutonoticia.com\/noticias\/?p=6783"},"modified":"2023-11-15T10:51:30","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T10:51:30","slug":"defensoria-pide-al-gobierno-restablecer-la-paz-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alminutonoticia.com\/noticias\/defensoria-pide-al-gobierno-restablecer-la-paz-social\/","title":{"rendered":"Defensor\u00eda pide al gobierno restablecer la paz social\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En estos momentos de profunda agitaci\u00f3n social y crisis econ\u00f3mica, la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo solicita al gobierno nacional que restablezca de manera inmediata, las garant\u00edas fundamentales que De Facto, hoy no puede gozar la poblaci\u00f3n tales como: a la vida e integridad f\u00edsica, libertad, acceso a la salud, seguridad alimentaria, trabajo, educaci\u00f3n, libertad de prensa, libre tr\u00e1nsito, propiedad privada; as\u00ed como el derecho a la protesta pac\u00edfica, en cumplimiento de los mecanismos de protecci\u00f3n que la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de la Rep\u00fablica de Panam\u00e1, los convenios internacionales y las leyes le faculten.<a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconocemos que la explosi\u00f3n social que estamos experimentando refleja preocupaciones y desaf\u00edos significativos en la sociedad. La manifestaci\u00f3n es un derecho leg\u00edtimo e individual, la cual debe ser realizada a conciencia, pac\u00edficamente y con responsabilidad, sin menoscabar los derechos de terceras personas; as\u00ed como, el respeto a la propiedad p\u00fablica y privada.
